Our preference at DVC is to operate on a personal level.  In fact, most of our written work takes on the form of individualized reports and instructions, but we enjoy spreading the word on wine beyond solely the people we meet face-to-face.  So occasionally, if we feel it needs to be said, we'll say it in print.
